SALON POLICIES *

A non-refundable 30% late cancellation fee will be automatically charged if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. A non-refundable 50% no-show fee will be charged if you do not show up to your appointment and do not attempt to cancel beforehand. If for some reason we cannot charge you, you will not be able to make an appointment until that fee is paid and a deposit of 20% of your future service is paid upfront as well. If you arrive 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or forfeit a part of your service.
