Where to find me
Located in North Dallas/Richardson, IMAGE Studios is on the corner of 75 and George Bush on the east side of Cityline’s State Street. If you can see the State Farm buildings, you're in the right place.
There is street parking available on State St. If full, there is complimentary visitor parking in the Four Cityline parking garage behind IMAGE Studios.
CANCELLATION POLICY
By reserving an appointment - you agree to the terms and conditions and understand that all pricing and timeframes are estimated.
If you arrive past 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or forfeit a part of your service. Respectfully, I require a 24 hour notice for any cancellation/appointment changes.
Less than a 24 hour notice will result in a 30% of scheduled service charge. If you no call/no show the day of your appointment you will be charged 50% of scheduled service.
Fees must be paid in order to rebook. If you no show without payment or any communication, you will be removed from my client list.
I strive to offer my best work with every service, no refunds will be offered. If you unhappy with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your initial appointment so any necessary adjustments can be made.
